➢ Professional Experience:
• Woking in CFO division (Finance Change) and FSG Tech of Client “Credit Suisse” and responsible
for below role and actions :
• At Finance Change we work across entire CFO division to ensure we execute strategic design and
implementation of major changes in our CS systems – pertaining to different Business Areas of
the Bank vertical.
• Finance Change designs and implement key business transformation projects to enable CFO to
deliver their Regulatory, Audit Control & Process improvement agenda.
• Finance Change provides a Global service delivered by teams based in APAC (Singapore, India –
Pune), EMEA (London, Wroclaw), Swiss (Zurich) and AMS (New York, Raleigh).
• Responsibility includes Program Governance from different Business Areas of the Bank
performing Tollgate milestone reviews as program advances to subsequent phase (i.e Pre-
Mobilize, Mobilize, Design, Plan, Deliver & Benefit realization), as per Program Management
Standards.
• Responsible for conducting the CAB review meetings and decision making on the various IT
changes raised on different programs parameters like Budget, Scope, Key Deliverables, Benefits,
Schedule, etc. followed by evaluation of Business Case viability assessment from Program
perspective.
• Portfolio management are responsible for defining implementing and running all portfolio
strategy and execution governance required within the division / function and ensuring
programs within portfolio are adhering to all applicable Program Management Standards.
• Program / Project Governance and Reporting Definition : relevant documents are reviewed and
re-authorized in cases where there is change in Sponsorship and/or BAU owner. The minimum
mandated list of documents expected to be reviewed and re-authorized is the Business Case,
the Governance and the Reporting Definition and the Delivery Plan.
• Business Cases are reviewed and approved to be a Program/Project which is maintained and
tracked on OnePPM platform as it progresses phase wise, which reviewed closely for Data
Quality related issues.
• Portfolio management are responsible for the quality and delivery of all internal and external
portfolio level communication and reporting, which involves dashboard refreshing, presentation
of data facts to various forums such as PMO Meetings, Risk & Control forum, Group Change
Management Committee (GCMC), etc.
• Additional responsibility also involves review of Business Cases, Program Charter, Program
Change reviews, Program Delivery milestone reviews, etc.
• Responsible to perform Quality Assurance reviews (MBR Review) of IT/Non IT keeping in mind
company defined standards.
