CHALLENGES
1.Success partners may be feeling overwhelmed by the volume of client
interactions and the technical nature of the inquiries, which could be
more complex than initially anticipated.
Change to $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour workweek. Success partners are
scheduled for 8-hour shifts over 5 days.
The remaining $8.00 from $18.00 per hour will be counted by the
company as a food and travel allowance
