This is to certify that on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, Ms. SALIHAH SALEH A ALKHAIBARI was
admitted to our hospital due to severe food poisoning. Upon admission, Ms. ALKHAIBARI
was in critical condition, exhibiting symptoms including severe gastrointestinal distress,
dehydration, and weakness.

During her stay in the hospital, she received immediate medical attention, including
intravenous fluid therapy and medication to alleviate her symptoms. After two days of
intensive treatment and monitoring, Ms. ALKHAIBARI's condition stabilized.

However, due to the severity of her illness and the need for further recovery, it is medically
advised that Ms. ALKHAIBARI continues to rest for an additional three days under medical
supervision. During this time, she will receive continued care and support to aid in her full
recovery.
