Subject: Regarding water supply bills for Vivek Vihar, Shyam Nagar, Ram Nagar
and Civil Line Metro Stations

Sir,

It is kindly conveyed that the water connections (50 mm) at Vivek Vihar, Shyam Nagar,
Ram Nagar and Civil Line Metro Stations were released in December 2023.
The drinking water is being supplied at the four Metro Stations since 01 January 2024. It
is hence requested to please provide the water supply bills for the Month of January 2024
of these metro stations so that necessary payment can be processed as early as possible.

Subject: Regarding new water meter registration and installation at Ram Nagar
Metro Station.

Sir,

With refrence to above cited subject that the water supply from PHED regularized from
Jan.2024,it is observed that water meter not working so new water meter purchase by
JMRC.please registerd and installed new 50mm water meter.

Attached:-1) Testing certificate provide by supplyer agency.

Subject:-Regarding approval of outdoor advertisement plan of commercial space at civil line

meto station-South side (jaipur metro).

Refrence:-1) JGM (Revenue) office UO Note No. F.1 (R-234)/JMRC/DC/Rev./CLJP-S/2023-

24/409 dared-30/04/2024.

With reference to the above, it is informed that the drawings/plans of outdoor advertisement
signage board re-submitted by M/S NS Publicity India Private Limited have been examined. As
per previous compliance given through U.O. Note (F.No. 129/JMRC/O&S/Civil/RS/CLJP/2023-
24/14037) given by the Civil Department. Regarding approval of drawing, until the following
conditions apply for approval of drawings.
A.The submitted drawing may be approved subject to following:

1. All the MS plates at grid A and B have to be properly fixed within the available depth of
existing RCC beam.
2. Welding should be done as per IS 816.
3. Position of bolts should be selected only after proper Rebar scan so that no rebar of the existing
beam is damaged.
4. Permission for road diversion during installation work through cranes etc should be taken by
the fixing agency from local Govt bodies prior to the start of work.
5. The connections will not be removed and will be the part of JMRC even after time of lease.
6. Proper primer and paint should be done on the MS members before fixing the advertisement
signage.
7. Structural engineer should certify that there is no adverse effect on the JMRC structure due to
this connection and the connection of MS frames of new signage with existing load bearing RCC
structure of Jaipur Metro is safe.

B. The approval of drawings may subjectd to the some modifications proposed in the
drawings submitted,modified drawings as per condition given above is also to be submiteed
before installation of signage:-

1. Replace RCC wall with RCC beam.

2. Moment connections are to be considered at the connection of MS Plate and JMRC beam.
Accordingly, the Stiffeners are required to be provided in the connection.
3. Minimum 16 mm plate thickness should be used. Accordingly, minimum weld size should be 5
mm as per table 21 IS 800:2007.
4. Minimum 150 mm length should be embedded inside RCC beam. Hence, bolt length should be
selected accordingly. (200 mm preferred). Grade of bolts should be mentioned.
5. Section Details of connection of 2 SHS members at one MS plate required. (For example grid
