1. Reference: Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program.

2. In relation to the above reference, on March

3, 2024, at about 9:09 AM personnel of Angadanan
Police station led by PSMS Maribel C Tungcul, WCPD
PNCO, under the supervision of PCPT ALEX S
GALUTERA. Officer-In-Charge. Conducted lecture
and discussed regarding BIDA Program of the PNP,
Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN, Anti-Terrorism
Campaign and Anti-Criminality Campaign among the
Student of Villa Domingo National High School. This
activity aims to reinforce the government’s
commitment to uphold human rights and emphasize in
the minds of the public the true nature of the CTG as human rights violators and
strengthen public trust, understanding and support to the roles and responsibilities of
Police in maintaining public order and safety for the community.
