 I. General Objectives:

a. Provide clear guidelines on how to properly go about the

process of declaring a certain barangay as drug-cleared;
b. Standardize the process in declaring the barangay as Drug-
Cleared;
c. Empower the concerned personnel of PDEA Regional Offices
who are directly involved in the process of declaring the
barangays as Drug-Cleared; and
d. Accomplished the target of zero level drug affectation in the
country by 2022.
