1 Pre Execution Checks:

18 Is the freshly laid tiles are tapped gently, is there any settlement?
19 Post Execution Checks:
20 The name of tile mason and date of completion displayed on the finished tile surface.
21 Are the joints properly aligned?
22 Excessive adhesive / cement coming out of tile joints have been cleaned properly.
23 Screed for Floor Tiling Work
24 The surface on which screed to be laid made moist, free from dust and other contaminations.
25 Are there any undulations observed in surface level?
26 Button marks / height indicators fixed properly.
27 Side runners have been placed as per requirements.
28 Screeding is carried out in presence of Engineer.
29 The sequence of concreting well planned and sufficient labors deployed.
30 The screed for floor tiling done as per the slope and level requirements.
31 Checking of the level of finish for the tiles done when the screed is fresh, so as to make necessary corrections.
