without any reason whatsoever.
2. The quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope and dispatched under registered
post to Tender Committee indicating particular of items quoted within due date and time
of opening the quotation.
3. On acceptance of quotations supplies will be taken in one lot and not piece meal on the
date as given on the purchase order.
4. NO EXTENSION of time in supply of goods will be allowed.
5. Delivery of the Material will be at your risk and cost.
