Providing services for dewatering using 5- 10 HP capacity diesel pumps depending on
the quantity of discharge of water, required pumping motor with specified

fuel & required consumables, all tools and tackles, loading and unloading, shifting,
transportation, manpower etc. all complete as per specifications, details, and/or as
directed by EIC.

Stone Blanket:
Providing and Laying of Stone blanket of 500 mm thickness in 2 layers using
approved quality stone aggregate conforming to IS 383 below finished ground floor
level, below foundation level, hand packing, thoroughly compacting in layers by

means of rollers (Small bobcat– Min 3 MT), dressing and levelling including all
machinery, manpower, tools & tackles, fuel, consumables etc. complete as per
Drawings, Specifications and instruction of Engineer in Charge. Gradation of Stone
aggregate shall be as per the QA requirement & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Loading, unloading, transportation from stores and fixing in position High yield
strength deformed reinforcement steel bar conforming to IS:1786 for foundation &
pedestal work, including handling, decoiling wherever necessary, cleaning, cutting
tack welding lap joint in longitudinal bars, straightening, carting, bending to shapes

Laying/ Pouring of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) of any Grade for PCC using
boom placer (wherever required) as levelling course/ fill around foundations, pipes,
floors on grade, water retaining structures, equipment foundations, under foundations,

Providing and laying of Plum Plain Cement Concrete (Plum PCC): Mix 1:3:6
The plum Concrete ratio shall be 40/60, 40% plums (Boulders), and 60% concrete.
Plums of 75mm to 150mm size shall be used for concrete works. The stones should be

spread evenly and should not be denser than 150mm from surface.
Note: Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) of Mix 1:3:6 shall be Free Issue Material to
Bidder from Employer, however Plum (boulders) shall be in the scope of Bidder.

Providing, fixing and removing formwork at all elevations including providing all
materials, labours, equipment's, consumables, scaffolding, staging, providing pockets,

etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed & approved by engineer
in charge for the following :

Formwork using steel below finished ground floor level for all types of foundations
a) including up to Raft Top Level, footings, bases of columns, walls, pedestals, beams, Sqm 15.00

Formwork using steel above finished ground floor level for columns, beams,

Formwork for all types of pockets of required size & depth as per drawing for all
elevations including making of required size pocket, shifting, installing form work

Collecting, Transporting from Employer's Store, fixing & aligning in position of


MS foundation bolts / Anchor cage/ steel stub / template assembly in concrete
along with nuts locknuts, washers, anchor plates, threading, closer plates, stiffener
plates, protective tapes, etc. for slab, pedestals, etc. including pipe sleeves, templates
wherever necessary etc. complete at all levels and required alignment as per
specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
Note:
11.00 1. Anchor bolts / part of Anchor cage/ steel stub and associated accessories shall be MT
free issue to the contractor.
2. Item rate shall be inclusive of cost of fixing of templates.
3. Payment shall be made for weight of each complete foundation bolts / steel stub
excluding with nut, lock nut, washer, stiffener, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc.
4. Torque Wrench required for tighting of bolts shall be in the scope of Bidder.
5. 120 MT Tyre mounted Crane shall be provided by Employer Free of Cost for fixing
of foundation bolts & its template.

Grouting:
Providing and Laying of Low shrinkage grout with a minimum resistance of C90/105
including roughening surface, cleaning with compressed air, wetting the surface for
several hours, removing accumulated water, curing etc. complete, as per specification
12.00 and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Cum 0.10
Approved Product: Fosroc-Conbextra BB 92-O/ BASF-Master flow 9375 IN/Sika
Grout 3200 IN.
Note: Low shrinkage grout with a minimum resistance of C90/105 shall be used for
the grout layer
Providing and supplying of sealing material for joints including cleaning the
surface with compressed air, groove cutting etc. complete, as per specification and as

Augur Boring (Tractor/Truck mounted) - 350 dia up to 1000mm depth
Providing, surveying, marking, boring with suitable manual means / mechanical
drilling equipment mechanically operated augur (tractor / truck mounted)/ DTH
machine, for installation of Cast-in-situ bored concrete vertical piles, through all type
of soil/ weathered rock/hard rock up to the specified depth and up to 100mm average
height above finish ground level as indicated in the drawing; using cement concrete of
grade M25 with OPC/PPC conforming to Standard Codes and 20 mm downgraded
coarse aggregate, steel post shall be properly embedded in concrete with desired
elevation, alignment and level; with minimum cement content of 325 kg/cum. The
water cement ratio shall not exceed 0.5 and slump shall be 130-150 mm.

1) Concrete production using Self Loading Concrete Mixers (Ajax Fiori) or
Concrete Mixture Machine and pouring of the same shall be in the scope of
Bidder. Only Cement shall be FIM to Bidder.
2) If any pile is found defective, the Contractor shall rectify/replace it at his own
expense; as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. This may include
i) Replacement of defective piles.
ii) Providing additional piles.
3) The spoil, boring mud etc. shall be disposed with in 1 Km radial distance.
4) No tremie method, casing pipe and bentonite slurry to be considered.
5) The templates shall not be removed before final setting of concrete, based on final
setting time determined as per mix design.

Providing and laying uniformly graded machine crushed stone aggregate of size
40mm in confined area.

providing and laying cement concrete of M25 (design mix or nominal mix as per
IS:456:2000) with 16mm downgraded aggregate including placing and fixing of 4mm
dia high strength steel wires- 6 nos. (as per IS 2090) tata Steel make, stretching of wire
as per requirement, shuttering, moulds, openings, recesses, chamfering, tampering,
curing and rendering required to give a smooth and even surface, hole arrangement or

25.00 (minimum), fixed with Precast pole structures with all necessary accessories as shown RMT 222.00
in drawing etc. all complete including respective lifts, loading, transporting, unloading
including all machinery, manpower, tools & tackles, fuel, consumables etc. complete
as per Drawings, Specifications and instruction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply, Fabrication, transportation, erection and alignment of track rails


Supply, Fabrication, transportation, erection and alignment of track rails and fixing in
concrete including clamps, bolits, washers, nuts, fixtures like fish plates, splice plates,
angles welded at pavements, foming sections at expansion joints, welding etc., as per
approved fabrication drawings, specifications and instructions of the Engineer in

Supplying, fabricating and installing gates built with galvanized steel tube

with CM 1:3 (1 cement and 3 fine sand ) mixed with water proofing compound (cost to
