Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I am writing to tender my immediate resignation from my position as a Production Operator at Wyntron

Inc., located at Lot 9 Block 15 Phase 3 Peza Rosario Cavite Philippines, effective date, May 22, 2024. This
decision comes with a heavy heart, but due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the care of my
children, I am left with no choice but to prioritize their well-being.

As a parent, my foremost responsibility is to ensure the safety and welfare of my children. Unfortunately,
recent developments have made it impossible for me to continue working while fulfilling this obligation
adequately. Despite my utmost efforts to balance work and family life, the current situation demands my
immediate attention and presence at home.

I deeply regret any inconvenience my sudden departure may cause to the team and the company. Please
accept my sincere apologies for any disruption this may cause to ongoing projects and operations. I am
willing to assist in the transition process to ensure a smooth handover of my responsibilities.

I am immensely grateful for the opportunities I have had during my time at Wyntron Inc. I have learned
and grown professionally, and I appreciate the support and camaraderie of my colleagues. It is with a
heavy heart that I bid farewell to this organization.

I will always look back fondly on my time here and remain appreciative of the experiences and friendships
forged. I wish the company continued success and prosperity in the future.
