Job Title- Business Analyst - Distribution/Retail/supply chain management

Job Type- Part-time/Contract (minimum 2 months also extendable)

Job Description-
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and
technological solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements,
defining project scopes, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions related to ecommerce,
ERP, CRM, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Requirement Gathering-Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business

requirements related to ecommerce, ERP, CRM, and distribution systems.

2. Systems Analysis-Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
and optimization. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional
specifications.

3. Project Management- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and
within scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute tasks according to project
requirements.

4. Ecommerce, ERP, CRM, and Distribution Expertise-Possess in-depth knowledge of ecommerce

platforms, ERP systems, CRM solutions, and distribution processes. Stay updated on industry trends and
best practices in ecommerce, ERP, CRM, and distribution.

5. Documentation-Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process

flows, and system specifications. Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable to both technical
and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Communication and Collaboration-Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and goals. Foster collaboration between business
units, IT teams, and vendors.

Qualifications-
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
● Proven 8+ minimum experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on distribution/Retail/supply
chain management,ecommerce, ERP and CRM.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Project management experience is a plus.
● Familiarity with relevant technologies and platforms.
