• To realize what you’re missing so that you . . . . . . can change this.
• To help you prioritize your goals so that you . . . . . . ensure you get what you want in your lifetime.

Please Follow These INSTRUCTIONS:


A. Neatly print your Q Name and W Today's Date.
B. Have a friend say to you “What do you love?” You immediately respond “I love...”. Repeat this process over and over quickly until you run out of
ideas. Rules for this process are:
• Do not write anything, just respond. • Respond quickly without thinking.
• Repeat a previous answer, if you must. • Do not censor your answers.
E Keep silent. Remember to use your responses only as a guide. In any order, record your Loves. Add whatever new Loves come to mind.
R Once you have your list of lettered Loves, indicate why they are important to you.
T Rate their relative Importance to you. Mark each Love of High Importance with an H. Mark each Love of Low Importance as L. Mark all others as
M for Medium.
Y Record the last time you experienced this love by recording a D if it was within days, M if it was within months, or Y if it was years ago.
U Rate the amount of time and energy you are currently devoting to each Love by rating it as H, M or L .
* Record the amount of money required, if any, to experience each Love.
( Record the date you choose to experience each Love.
) Record the First Step required for the Love you choose to experience. You can choose to focus, for example, on three of your Loves recording the
First Step. Once you have experienced these, you can go back and select more of your Loves to focus on.
