Acceptance of Cost Proposal

Further to our meetings and conversations, this serves as acceptance of Afrilandscapes Ltd.’s cost
proposal for scope of works as detailed in the attached bills of quantities (BoQs).

In summary for the scope of works being plant supply, planting, irrigation system.

Afrilandscapes submits an amount of RwF 12,889,917 (Twelve Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen Rwandan Francs VAT Inclusive).

Payment terms 60% upfront, 40% payable on completion of planting.

All areas to be received at finished levels, consisting of good black topsoil to a depth of 200mm. layer
beneath this to be decompacted to a depth of 300mm.

All debris, unwanted material and unsuitable soil to be removed.

Layout designs shall be issued upon signature. Other terms and conditions are as stated in the BoQs.
