Urgent – Important

-Emergencies

Emergency is the things that i can’t prevent because it can happen anytime and anywhere.
As example , somethings bad happen to my member.

- Pressing problems

A pressing problem, need, or issue has to be dealt with immediately. It is one of the most
pressing problems that i facing. As example i , i need to repair laptop immediately because i
want to use to do my work.

- Last-minute preparations and assignment

As a student , I have alot things to do and study before i do my assignment and submit so i
can get better grade .

Not Urgent – Important

-Planning

planning has a specific process before i do anything i want to do because i dont want make
an imperfect work such as i want to study i need to plan what topic and went i want to study.

-Exercise

As a teenagers i must keep body still in a good condition and stay healthy because i want to
use my body for along time .

-Preparation

The things that i want do or the time that i spend preparing for something such as i want save
my money to buy something .

-Distraction

Something that i want to do and distract me while i surfing to do my work and make some
research .

-Meetings

Join a meeting to discuss about things to and divide work to others teammate.

-Small talk

As a student i want to talk with my friends get to know them better and chill .

-Junk Mail

As a student i have so many mail that not usefull and not important such as advertisment and
other junk mail from my friends.

-Loiter

As a student i not suppose to loitering to waste my time because i have my responsible as a

student and a son .

-Surfing the Internet without purpose

As a student should not waste my time to surfing the internet without any purpose cause i to
done my word and do surfing for something usefull as a student .
