Employment Letter “Gabriel Okodomi” .

This letter conveys our congratulations on your appointment with us, as a "Marketing Supervisor', subject
to the following terms and conditions.

Department: Marketing
Location: National.
Commencement of Employment: Your employment is effective from January 2nd 2023.

Salary and Compensation: You will receive a guaranteed net pay of NGN 4,160,000.00 (Four Million
One Hundred and Sixty Thousand naira only) per annum, as broken down in the schedule below.. Tax
and other statutory deductions will be made at the source, as appropriate.

You will also receive a variable amount added to your monthly pay as a performance bonus, based
strictly on your monthly performance, after the completion of the probationary period and confirmation of
your employment with us.

You will also be eligible for leave, as per the company rules. The leave policy has been attached to this
letter for your reference.

Working Hours: The working days will normally start from Monday and end on Friday. The working
hours will be 8 AM to 6 PM until otherwise advised by management.

Please endorse a copy of this letter and return it to the HCM department for further instructions and
orientation on the company's culture and policies.

HOUSING Monthly NGN 840,000.00
TRANSPORT Monthly NGN 600,000.00

GROSS PAY NGN 4,440,000.00

TAX and DEDUCTIBLES NGN 240,000.00

Net annual salary (guaranteed): NGN 4,160,000.00
