Transformation-
A customer relationship management (CRM) system is an integral part of every marketing, sales, and
business development department as well as CRM company. The CRM software selection process
requires in-depth research, analysis, and collaboration.

This assignment will give you an opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge of Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) software and the various components that can be a part of each. The assignment is
also designed to develop your individual presentation and analytical skills, as you will use the features of
MS PowerPoint to present your research

Assignment Scenario: You are the Business expert on the IT team in your organization. The organization
is embarking on acquiring and implementing a CRM solution to increase efficiency and productivity. As
the expert, you have been asked to research and recommend a suitable solution from the business
perspective.

Students may pick and choose a CRM tool of their choice and create a presentation (10-15 slides) based
on research on the chosen CRM tool/software, using various reviews and comparison tools available
