Position Team Manager – Mobile Money Marketing

Working Days Monday to Friday
Working Hours 8:30 AM to 05:30PM (60 min lunch time)
Business Unit Marketing Division, Mobile Money Dept.

Working Place Bo Aung Kyaw Office.

Requirement Skills & Education

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify scope for business case analysis and recommend solutions and improvements
to expand the businesses
• Identifies business opportunities, developing growth strategies by identifying and mapping business
strengths and customer needs
• Develop and regularly update a comprehensive business development plan, with targeted goals,
objectives, methods, quantifiable outcomes and timelines
• Manage and retaining relationships with existing partners
• Monitor the market and planning new products or enhance existing features continuously to meet
the market and customer needs
• Managing delivery and tracking ongoing projects

Competencies

• Good marketing experience, financial industry is preferable

• Creative thinker
• Excellent communication skills, with a solid knowledge of English and ability to present ideas in a
clear and concise way
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong time management skills, ability to work for multi-task
• Analytical with attention to detail
• Able and willing to work outside normal hours when necessary
