Dear Sir,

Sub: Bank Guarantee No.124BG140033 dated 15.04.2013 for Rs.9,00,000/- issued in favour
of you on behalf of M/s. Sree Srinivasa Commercial Corporation for Supply of Edible Oil.

This is to inform that the period of the above guarantee issued in favour of you on behalf of
M/s. Sree Srinivasa Commercial Corporation is valid upto 09.05.2019 (Previously extended
on 10.05.2018) and now extended for a further period of 12 months i.e. upto 09.05.2020.

Our liability under the guarantee is hereby renewed / extended and shall be restricted to an
amount not exceeding Rs.9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine lakhs only) and notwithstanding anything
stated above or in the Original Guarantee. We shall stand completely discharged from all our
liabilities under the guarantee and all your rights under the guarantee shall stand extinguished
if no claim or demand is made upon us, in writing, on or before 09.05.2020.

This letter of extension forms part of the Original Guarantee referred above.
