IBS-08 is a medium-sized system with manual feeding (which can be made

automatic), specifically designed to produce medium density cellular concrete
with sand. The IBS-08 is ideal to produce blocks (output between 7 and 10
m3/h).
With a capacity of 950 L, IBS-08 is supplied with a horizontal mixing blade, a
foam generator, a water pump with timer for a constant output. The mixing is
done automatically with rotation and anti-rotation to obtain a better uniformity
of the mixing; 300 L extra tank and an electrical panel. It can be supplied with
compressor and deliivery pump as optionals.

IBS-08 can be equipped with load cells for the automatic dosage of
ingredients- (as in the picture above)
