Our goal is a seamless set up of your


carpark to work with the Parkable
software and maximising occupancy
to deliver you a great return

This document outlines the steps involved so you


know what to expect when working with the
Parkable Account Panel.
Payment Details
Logging into the Account Panel

● Go to: https://account.parkable.com/

● Log in using your Parkable App User Account


Enter your Account Details
Click ‘Account’ and ‘Payout Info’ to enter your bank account information.
Select “sole trader” option on the next screen.
Remittance Advice
Click ‘Account’ and ‘Remittance Advice’ to access/download
your monthly remittance advices. You can also enter your email
address here to have them sent to you monthly

Click Menu and Settings to access the Car

Update Park ‘Display Name’, ‘Address’, and
‘Public Description’ from the General
Information tab

Information tab
Car Park Settings - Turn on your car park
Click settings and select “operation settings”.
Click on “turn car park on/off” on the top
right corner.
Groups and Bays
Access your site from the main page
Click site to see bay groups
Click ‘View Group’ to view activity in group
Click ‘View Group’ to view activity in group
You will be able to see the rego of the car parking
and for how long they’ve had a session.
How to suspend a bay
In the car park, click on the bay and select the date you want to start the suspension.
Select end date and enter suspension reason, then click on save.
How to cancel suspension
In the car park, click on the bay and select the suspended bay. Click on “cancel
suspension” at the bottom.
Enforcement

To access the enforcement tab click ‘Menu’, ‘Car
Parks’ and ‘Enforcement’
Enforcement Tab
Enter the vehicle’s rego in the search bar to see if it
has an active session or subscription
