Terms and Conditions

- These terms and conditions govern the promotion being extended as “Birthday Campaign” (“Offer”)
on the Samsung E-Store in Pakistan(https://www.samsung.com/pk) (the “E-Store”), entitling a limited
number of individuals who have a Samsung Account (“Eligible Customers”), to receive a discount
voucher via email in the month of their birthday, if the birthday falls within the Offer Period.

Birthday Campaign
- Under this Offer, Eligible Customers will be provided with a single-use voucher code of Rs.5,000 (the
“Voucher”) via email on the email address provided by the Eligible Customer(s) on their Samsung
Account (“Offer Email”).

- The Voucher is only applicable on the purchase of Samsung smartphones displayed on the birthday
offer page of the Samsung E-Store at (https://www.samsung.com/pk/offer/birthday-offer/) (the
“Birthday Offer Page”).

- The Offer will be available on the E-store from 16.02.2024 (5:00 pm) to 31.12.2024 (4:00 pm) (the
“Offer Period”).

- The Voucher can be redeemed only once and will be valid for (30) thirty days from the date of issue.

General Terms

- For the purposes of the Offer, the birthday of the Eligible User will be the date that they have
provided as their birthday on their Samsung Account. No claims will be entertained if the said date is
incorrect.

- For the purposes of this Offer and the Offer Email, the email address of the Eligible User will be the
email address that they have provided on their Samsung Account. No claims will be entertained if
the said email address is incorrect.

- The Offer is available to Eligible Customers on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to

availability of stocks. No Voucher can be claimed under the Offer by the Eligible Customer in cases of
an incomplete, returned or cancelled order.

- Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify, vary,
delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Offer Period.
- The Offer/Voucher may not be redeemed nor exchangeable for cash or other Samsung products and
is only applicable on the E-Store.

- This Offer may not be combined with any other ongoing or future offers involving the use of a voucher
or promo code or clubbed with any other discounts involving the use of a voucher or promo code.

- During the Offer Period, Samsung may from time-to-time offer discounts on the product(s) displayed
on the Birthday Offer Page. In such cases, the Customer can use the Voucher in addition to the discount
offered on such products.

- The Customer agrees and acknowledges that this Offer is not a part of the consideration for the
Customer’s decision to purchase the Eligible Product Model and that the Customer’s decision has not
been made based on the availability of this Offer.

- Samsung shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in
connection with the use of this Offer or the inability to use this Offer.

- The Offer is provided gratuitously, without any additional/separate consideration and is in the
complete discretion of Samsung. The placing of an Order and even making payment by an online
payment method does not amount to acceptance of the order and conclusion of a contract between
you and. An order is confirmed only when the process for the delivery of the product is initiated by
the relevant authorized distributor.

- By participating in the Offer launched under the “Birthday Campaign”, the Customer accepts that any
dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to
the customer participation in the Offer, shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of
Pakistan, and shall be resolved by the competent courts at Lahore.

- The Terms and Conditions of the E-store, as available at https://www.samsung.com/pk/terms-and-

conditions, shall apply in addition, but subject to, these terms.

- If any order is accepted by system error or on account of mistake after the expiry or lapse of the
Offer or after the stocks have ended, Samsung may cancel such orders. The relevant seller (as
specified in the Terms and Conditions of the E-store) will then attempt to provide a full refund of the
payment received by it within fifteen (15) working days after the end of the Offer Period. The
Customer acknowledges and understands that the sale contract is between the Customer and the
relevant seller to whom payment is made, and Samsung is not liable for any dispute regarding the
payment or the refund.
