5. You're my downfall, you're my muse.
6. You're my one and only.
7. You're my all, you're my everything.
8. You're perfect to me.
9. You're my heaven, you're my hell.
10. You're my sunshine on a rainy day.

Read the following sample letter of recommendation, which is

intentionally simplified, in order to primarily contain only the verb tenses
that you have studied up to this point. Write a letter of recommendation
(minimum ¾ page) for a fictitious employee in your organization or
industry. Focus on use of the Present Simple and Past Simple, as studied
in this topic. Letters of recommendation should include a general
characterization of the candidate and highlight one particular
achievement.

I hired Chan-Yeol as our head cameraman in September of 2019. Mr. Chan-

Yeol learned the functions of her job quickly and is an extremely valued
member of our team.

Mr. Chan-Yeol prepares sets for filming, operates various equipment as staging
set designers, and maintains safe working conditions.

Mr. Chan-Yeol is also bilingual in English and Korean, and helps workers
communicate with Latino parents, and translates important memos that we mail
home to families. Mr. Chan-Yeol is also bilingual in English and Korean, he
helps workers communicate with actors and artists important memos we send
by mail. Mr. Chan-Yeol is the only bilingual staff member on our team and
although he is very busy, he always has time for people who need help in
Korean. He always impresses me with his commitment to service, in any
language.

During Mr. Chan-Yeol's first year at South Korean entertainment company

PICIO, he decided to create safe working conditions for workers. He helped
prepare the sets for filming, which were very creative, some actors and directors
liked his ideas and were fascinated. His idea greatly improved our
communication with the actors and their satisfaction with our school.

Mr. Chan-Yeol recently graduated from college with a degree in Film

Production, and while I am sad to see him leave our team, I know he will be an
excellent addition to yours.

Please contact me if you any further questions about Ms. Gómez’s

qualifications and performance.

Best regards,
ff
