1. Explain what is culture in your own words.

Culture is the shared set of beliefs, values, customs, traditions, and behaviors
that define a group of people and shape their way of life. It permeates every aspect of
our existence, from the way we communicate and make decisions to the food we eat
and the art we create. Culture is a fundamental part of our individual and collective
identity, influencing our worldview, our social interactions, and our connection to our
community.

2. What aspect from The Culture Wheel is the most manifested in our world
today? Discuss a real example to justify your choice.

The most manifested aspect of the culture wheel in our world today is
consumerism, consumer culture is a culture focused on the purchase and
consumption of goods in society (Tools and Objects). A prominent example of this is
the annual excitement surrounding the release of the newest technologies, with
individuals constantly bombarded by advertisements and social pressure to acquire
the latest products. The rise of online shopping has further promoted consumer
culture, making it easier than ever to acquire a wide range of products with just a few
clicks, often leading to impulsive purchases.
3. What aspect from The Culture Wheel is the least manifested in our world
today? Discuss how can people work on improving this.

According to UNESCO, Traditions and rituals are often the least manifested
aspect in today's world due to the fast pace of modern life and cultural
homogenization. To improve this, people can promote education by educating
younger generations about the importance and meaning of these customs, preserve
cultural practices, engage the community, encourage inter-generational dialogue, and
incorporate traditions into daily life. This will help revive and preserve traditions in our
society.
