CONTAINER UNLOADING POLICY (CUP)

Proposal for Standard CUP Rates for Warehouse Employees for Unloading Containers After Working
Hours

At CW Interiors, we understand the importance of providing fair compensation to our employees, especially
those who work in our warehouse facilities. As such, we are proposing a standard fixed payment policy for
unloading containers both during and after working hours.

Under this policy, all full-time warehouse employees who are required to unload containers will be eligible for
these rates. The payment rate will be determined by the type of container (product), container size, and the
difficulty of offloading the container.

This pay will be given to the employee immediately in cash and must be signed for receipt for our Accounts
records. If the cash is not immediately available, this payment will be made by the following work day.

Employees must ensure that their time cards are properly filled out and notarized by the Warehouse Supervisor
or Operations Manager. This also involves clocking out at the end of the workday (4:30 pm) before beginning the
unloading process.
