Hello, my dear friend!

My name is Maria and I’m a designer of PolushkaBunny Toys.
Thank you for your love, I hope this project will bring you a lot of fun and pleasure ♥ In
case of any questions or doubts, please, feel free to contact me by Etsy Convo or by
marketplace messenger you used for the purchasing.
Please, read all recommendations and tips carefully, it will be helpful.

Yarn ball weight: 50g
Yarn Meterage/Yardage: 90m
If you are looking for a different yarn, please, check an important specification-
length/weight: about 90-100 meters(98-109 yards) in 50g.
Yarn brand and colors Total for project
A col White/Beige - Schachenmayr Alpaca 25 g / 50 м

B col Yellow - Schachenmayr Alpaca 75 g / 140 м

C col Black/Gray - Schachenmayr Alpaca 15 g / 30 м

do not worry, it’s not crucial. If your gauge/tension turned out significantly different,
please, go down or up with your needle size or change the yarn.

TIPS
Process
First, we are going to make all the parts (head, body, arms, legs, ears, nose), then
stuff and sew the details and at the end, attach all the parts together.
Intarsia:
Intarsia Technique:
When changing colors, you drop one strand of yarn and leave it hanging for use in
the following row. Each time you change colors in an intarsia design, you do it the
same way, regardless of whether you are working from the right or wrong side of the
piece.
Change strands: To change strands, bring the new color up from underneath the
old one. This twists the strands together, preventing holes from forming on the front
of the work.
Attach a new color: Following the pattern, work all the stitches you need in the first
color. Drop the old strand and forget about it until you need it again in the next row.
Tie the new strand around the old one. Work with the new color according to the
chart.
Stuffing soft toy
The way you stuff will be crucial in determining the finished product shape. For the
toy, I use a hollow fiber and I recommend putting in small amounts of stuffing and
building up a shape. Try to fill up right to the end, in all corners. Please, check my
Videos given in this pattern.
Ironing
This instruction is only for the wool blend yarn.
IRONING: you can iron with steam on suitable temperature mode all the details
before sewing.

W&T Wrap and Turn:

WRAP AND TURN ON THE KNIT SIDE
 Knit to the point where you will wrap and turn. Bring the yarn to the front
between the needles.
 Slip the next stitch purlwise from the left needle to the right needle.
 Bring the yarn to the back between the needles.
 Slip the stitch from the right needle back to the left.
 Turn the work so the purl side is facing you. The yarn is now correctly
positioned to purl.

WRAP AND TURN ON THE PURL SIDE

 Purl to the point where you will wrap and turn. Bring the yarn to the back
as if to knit.
 Slip the stitch from the left needle to the right needle.
 Bring the yarn to the front of the work as if to purl.
 Slip the stitch from the right needle back to the left.
Turn the work so the knit side is facing you, ready to knit.

Sew the body in mattress stitch on the RS, leave the opening on the neck. Stuff
until you achieve the right shape (follow control measurements). The toy
should be packed tightly so that the toy retains its shape but should not be
overstuffed, do not stretch knitted stitches!
With pins join the head to the body connecting the head and body seams. I
use running stitch, moving around the neck edge I sew these parts together.
Leave small opening at the place you started and insert more stuffing the
neck. Stuff the neck well so the head gets stable and close the seam. If you
have done everything correctly the head will be very stable.
