Camosun College is celebrating its 50th

anniversary in 2021 and, after five decades,
the college remains true to its roots as a place
where students feel supported, included and

In January 1971, the college’s councillors

voted to adopt the name “Camosun,”

2 . RECEIVE LETTER OF ELIGIBILITY
Once your application has been reviewed, and if we determine
we can offer you a seat in the program, you will receive a Letter of
Eligibility and details regarding your Tuition and Fee Deposit.
You must pay the tuition and fee deposit in order to receive the
Letter of Acceptance, which is required to apply for a study
permit (and entry visa if necessary).The Tuition and Fee
Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.*

ACKNOWLEGMENT
Camosun College campuses are located on the Traditional
Territories of the Lekwungen and WSÁNEĆ peoples.

The college welcomed its first students in 1971 and adopted the
name "Camosun", a local Lekwungen (Songhees) First Nation
