The given bar chart compares the percentage of students who learned to play four

musical instruments in different three years – 2005, 2010, and 2015. From an overall
analysis, students' interest in the guitar and piano has grown significantly over the years
and these two instruments were not only the most popular in all surveyed years.

Additionally, while the percentage of students enrolling in drum lessons saw a slight
increase, the number of violin lessons slowed down every year.

As observed, with minuscule gaps, the guitar and piano alternated at the top of the
chart. Both classes attracted more than 10% of students in 2005, with the percentage of
piano students being slightly higher. Five years later, nearly one-fifth of students had
mastered the piano, and the percentage of guitarist learners was not far behind. Both
courses saw an increase in enrollment in 2015, with each accounting for about two-fifths
of all students.

In contrast, 5% of students in 2005 expressed interest in drumming. After 5 years, this

percentage stayed the same before increasing to just under 10% in 2015. Contrarily,
although violin attracted almost 10% of students in 2005 this percentage gradually
decreased and only reached 5% in 2015.
