Requirement :
We expect you to coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are

You shall manage and solve challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, including design issues,
supply chain logistics, installation hurdles, and commissioning activities.

You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous quality control standards throughout the project
execution phase, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry best practices and customer
expectations.

We expect you to lead cross-functional team meetings to review progress against goals, identify and
solve problems, make decisions, and communicate action plans.

You shall develop comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to, project schedules,
financial forecasts, risk management plans, and stakeholder reports.

You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including clients,
government entities, community groups, and utility companies, ensuring transparent communication and
collaborative problem resolution.

• You shall oversee the procurement process for all electrical components, including negotiating contracts

• You will conduct thorough testing and commissioning of electrical installations to guarantee their

• We require you to provide technical guidance and support to the installation teams during both the
construction and maintenance phases of our solar projects.

of electrical components within solar power projects, aiming for zero defects.

·You will lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support for electrical issues that arise during
construction, commissioning, and operation phases of solar energy projects.

·We expect you to collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure electrical
designs and installations align perfectly with overall project goals and timeframes.

·You shall maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and best practices in the field of solar energy
to recommend improvements and innovations in our EPC projects.

·We expect you to prepare comprehensive reports documenting all inspections, findings, actions taken, and
recommendations for future projects to continuously improve our processes and deliver excellence.
