Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking
soda, and salt.
3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium
speed until well combined, about 2 minutes.
4. Gradually stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth. Be careful as the batter will be
thin.

centre of the cakes comes out clean.
