AFFIDAVIT OF THE WITNESS

I, Christian Arguelles Balentos 20 years old, single, Filipino, and a student of
PHINMA, University of Iloilo.
Last 10th of March,2023 at around 2:00 0'clock in the afternoon, me and my friend
Kian Cristobal Armada and Kleover Deviza Agtas were drinking liquor at the Dark
room Photography in PHINMA University of Iloilo, Rizal St. Iloilo City. While we are
having a drink with Kian Cristobal Armada and Kleover Deviza Agtas,I noticed that
Kleover Deviza Agtas was not OK that he looks depress in his problem.Kian
Arguelles Armada was arrived early since his mother called him for the emergency.

In the Middle of celebration me and Kleover Deviza Agtas were left at the
dormitory.In the middle of celebration I fell asleep, then when I woke up
surprised that Kleover Deviza Agtas was lying down and I saw a Poison Bottle on
his hand.After I saw that incident I decided to report this to the police station
near us.

That I am executing this affidavit to prove the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and circumstances and to help in proving that Kian Cristobal Armada is innocent to
charges filed against him.

1M WITNESS WHEREOF ; I have here unto signed this affidavit this 10 th of March
2023 in the Iloilo Police Station 1, Iloilo City.
