After a fight at the abbey, the sheriff of Nottingham demanded Robin Fitzooth's lands from Prince John, who sold them for gold. The sheriff imposed higher taxes on the villagers, which caused hardship. In Farnsfield, sheriff's deputies seized property and charged an elderly game warden with killing a deer. Despite his pleas, the sheriff ordered his execution and the destruction of his house. Much, the old man's son, joined Robin Hood and Will Scarlet in search of revenge and became one of his bravest men and recruited more of his allies. Much proved to be one of Robin's best fighters.

Robin and his men settle in Sherwood Forest, building houses and living by hunting and trading with the villagers. One day, Robin encounters a large man on a bridge who challenges him to a fight. Unable to defeat the man in combat, Will Scarlet arrives to ask the reason for the fight and the great man says that he was looking for Robin Hood, then they tell him that the one he was fighting was Robin and the great man expresses his desire to join his band. The man telling them his name was Little John so Robin welcomes him as "Little John" and invites him to his hideout in the woods.

of lee A man named Richard of Lee seeks help from Robin Hood. He owes the greedy abbot of St. Mary's Abbey money he cannot pay. Robin offers to help him. Richard reveals that his son killed someone and that the Sheriff of Nottingham blackmailed him. Robin suggests that they ask the abbot for another year and Little John volunteers to accompany Richard on this mission.

Sir Richard de Lee visits the Abbot of St Mary's Abbey to negotiate his debt. The abbot demands immediate payment and threatens to take his lands from Sir Richard. Richard offers 600 pounds, but the abbot insists on receiving the full amount. Little John intervenes, placing an additional 500 pounds on the table, forcing the abbot to accept. Back in the forest, Robin Hood and his men laugh at the abbot's frustration, but warn Richard of possible dangers from the sheriff and the abbot.

Her father, for fear of the Sherrif's repression, accepts his daughter's proposal, saying that he would send his men to look for her and pretending that he doesn't know anything. Marian does not find Friar Tuck and stays with her uncle. A month later, Will Scarlet tells of a frail guy in River Dale who could be Tuck. Robin goes to town, finds the friar and challenges him to cross the river. Tuck throws him into the water, but seeing that Robin is Robin Hood, he agrees to join them. The next day, Tuck marries Robin and Marian and joins the gang in the woods.

bags of gold Robin Hood and his men plan to recover the money that Sir Richard de Lee must pay to the abbot. Little John catches two churchmen rich people on the road and takes them to Robin's camp in the woods. They invite them to dinner and demand that they pay in gold to help the abbot's poor villagers. At first, the churchmen claim to have no money, but upon undressing, they reveal bags of gold hidden under their clothes. Robin takes the gold, their clothes and horses, and gives them old clothes to continue their journey on foot. Robin's men laugh at the situation, thinking about the abbot's reaction the next day. chapter 13 sir richard of lee comes back to the forest The next day, Sir Richard comes to the forest and tells Robin that he has the money he owes him and brings a hundred arrows made by his wife and friends. Robin is grateful for the arrows but rejects the money, explaining that she already recovered it from two churchmen who were hiding it. Instead, Robin gives a beautiful white horse to Sir Richard's wife and fine clothes to Sir Richard. The churchmen, upon reaching the abbot, tell his story, which infuriates the abbot, who vows to take revenge on Robin Hood one day.

The sheriff plans to capture Robin Hood by organizing an archery contest. Robin and Marian, disguised as a boy, participate. Robin wins the contest, but the sheriff tries to catch him. Robin and his men, including Marian, fight the sheriff's men. When reinforcements arrive, Robin and his group flee with the help of Sir Richard, who offers them shelter since Little John was injured. Marian says that she has hope for a better future when King Richard returns.

King Richard returns to England and Prince John becomes worried. He travels to Nottingham, where he is watched by a mysterious friar and then meets Robin Hood. The friar turns out to be King Richard. The king restores Robin to his lands and declares him his friend, recognizing the evil of his brother John. Robin Hood chapter 16 the last adventure After two years, the sheriff captures Robin Hood under the orders of the new king, John. Robin escapes injured to St. Mary's Monastery, where he is found and imprisoned. Before dying, Robin asks Little John to help him shoot his last arrow and to take him to the forest and bury him where his last arrow fell. And a message on his grave remembers his bravery.
