PAPER ONE
REVISION QUESTIONS WITH ANSWERS
SECOND EDITION
CHIPO KALIMINA
CONTENTS
STUDY TIPS .......................................... ii
This paper comprises two sections, A and B. There are 10 mutiple choice
questions in section A and 20 short answer questions in section B. Section
A will carry 10 marks and section B will carry 40 marks, total 50 marks.
Study Tips
The only key to passing mathematics is a lot of practice. Make sure you
go through some questions from different topics everyday.
The topics that appear in this paper are repeated every year as you will tell
from this pamphlet. Therefore its important that you understand those topics
and solve as many questions as possible.
You will not use a calculator therefore revise basic mathematics like addition,
subtraction, multiplication and division.
Go through this pamphlet regularly after every topic to see how questions
are asked in the exam and how to answer them.
Your aim should be to get above 40/50 in this paper. You can do it!!
Once you go through all the questions and answers in this pamphlet, I am
certain that you will be ready to face the exam.
Any mistakes are ‘human error’, the methods used are correct.
