2. REGISTRATION
Licences: Only competitors and team officials with a valid IFSC international licence are allowed to register
for the competition.
IFSC Online Registration System: https://ifsc.results.info/users/login.
Deadline:
The deadline for registration is one month before the first day of competition (the “Registration Date”) on
22nd July 2024 at 11:59 PM UTC+0.

Following the Registration Date and until the 7th of August 2024 at 11:59 PM UTC+0, Member Federations
may, in exceptional circumstances, withdraw Team Members and substitute new Team Members to
replace those withdrawn, provided that any substitute competitors must be registered in the same
Category as the withdrawn competitor

3. PRE-EVENT REGULATIONS
All athletes and team officials are recommended to have insurance coverage, covering hospitalization and
possible repatriation back to their home country. The IFSC will not be responsible for any of these costs.

4. CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE

 Physical confirmation of registration is mandatory. The Team Manager is responsible to communicate the
presence of the National Team. The schedule and location of the conformation of attendance is outlined
in the program of the event.

6. HOW TO GET TO GUIYANG

We recommend that athletes and officials choose to fly to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), Beijing
Daxing International Airport (PKX), Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), Shanghai Hongqiao
International Airport (SHA), Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN), and then transfer directly to
Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport（KWE). If your country or region has opened direct flights to
Guiyang (e.g. Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Macau, China, etc.), you can also take this flight to
Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport.

It is approximately 53 kilometres from the airport to the official hotel and takes approximately 56 minutes
by car. From the official hotel to the competition venue is approximately 26 kilometres and takes
approximately 30 minutes by car. Each team needs to rent a vehicle in advance to meet the needs of
participation and travel, the organiser will provide each team with the contact information of the vehicle
rental company, model and price, and the cost will be borne by each team.
