CINDERELLA

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful girl named Cinderella. She lived with her wicked
stepmother and two stepsisters. They treated Cinderella very badly. One day, they were
invited for a grand ball in the king’s palace. But Cinderella’s stepmother would not let her go.
Cinderella was made to sew new party gowns for her stepmother and stepsisters, and curl
their hair. They then went to the ball, leaving Cinderella alone at home.

Cinderella felt very sad and began to cry. Suddenly, a fairy godmother appeared and said,
“Don’t cry, Cinderella! I will send you to the ball!” But Cinderella was sad. She said, “I don’t
have a gown to wear for the ball!” The fairy godmother waved her magic wand and changed
Cinderella’s old clothes into a beautiful new gown! The fairy godmother then touched
Cinderella’s feet with the magic wand. And lo! She had beautiful glass slippers! “How will I
go to the grand ball?” asked Cinderella. The fairy godmother found six mice playing near a
pumpkin, in the kitchen. She touched them with her magic wand and the mice became four
shiny black horses and two coachmen and the pumpkin turned into a golden coach.
Cinderella was overjoyed and set off for the ball in the coach drawn by the six black horses.
Before leaving. the fairy godmother said, “Cinderella, this magic will only last until midnight!
You must reach home by then!”

When Cinderella entered the palace, everybody was struck by her beauty. Nobody, not even
Cinderella’s stepmother or stepsisters, knew who she really was in her pretty clothes and
shoes. The handsome prince also saw her and fell in love with Cinderella. He went to her
and asked, “Do you want to dance?” And Cinderella said, “Yes!” The prince danced with her
all night and nobody recognized the beautiful dancer. Cinderella was so happy dancing with
the prince that she almost forgot what the fairy godmother had said. At the last moment,
Cinderella remembered her fairy godmother’s words and she rushed to go home. “Oh! I must
go!” she cried and ran out of the palace. One of her glass slippers came off but Cinderella
did not turn back for it. She reached home just as the clock struck twelve. Her coach turned
back into a pumpkin, the horses into mice and her fine ball gown into rags. Her stepmother
and stepsisters reached home shortly after that. They were talking about the beautiful lady
who had been dancing with the prince.

The prince had fallen in love with Cinderella and wanted to find out who the beautiful girl
was, but he did not even know her name. He found the glass slipper that had come off
Cinderella’s foot as she ran home. The prince said, “I will find her. The lady whose foot fits
this slipper will be the one I marry!” The next day, the prince and his servants took the glass
slipper and went to all the houses in the kingdom. They wanted to find the lady whose feet
would fit in the slipper. All the women in the kingdom tried the slipper but it would not fit any
of them. Cinderella’s stepsisters also tried on the little glass slipper. They tried to squeeze
their feet and push hard into the slipper, but the servant was afraid the slipper would break.
Cinderella’s stepmother would not let her try the slipper on, but the prince saw her and said,
“Let her also try on the slipper!” The slippers fit her perfectly. The prince recognized her from
the ball. He married Cinderella and together they lived happily ever after
MOANA

Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful little girl named Moana who lived on Motunui
Island.
Even when She was little, she loved the sea. She also likes listening to stories from
Grandma Tala. Moana's favorite story is about a demigod named Maui who stole the heart of
the mother island, Te Fiti.

According to Grandma Tala, Maui destroyed the balance of nature by stealing the heart of
the mother island. Moana's father, Tui, as a tribal chief believes the sea is dangerous.
Islanders are prohibited from sailing past the coral reef! But little Moana feels a strong
connection to the ocean and all the creatures in it. She always wanted to help sea creatures
and it turns out the sea noticed and gave Moana a special gift. When Tui brought Moana, he
dropped the gift, luckily, someone else picked it up. It was Tala's grandmother! She believes
that the gift of the sea is the heart of Te Fiti. As Moana grows, she works hard to help lead
the tribe and follow her father's rules. But when Moana was sixteen years old, Tala, her
grandma, took her to a place.
"It's time to find out your destiny," said Tala. She takes Moana to a hidden cave full of ancient
canoes.

When Moana starts playing drums, BAM! BAM! BAM! she could feel the spirits of her
ancestors. They are pathfinders-explorers of the seas. Grandma Tala hopes that Moana will
travel across the ocean, find Maui, and restore Te Fiti's heart. So, with her heart safely in her
necklace, Moana set sail. But sailing on the open ocean is no easy feat for Moana –
especially when a storm hits!
Moana and her ship are stranded on a distant island when she meets Maui the demigod! He
is not what Moana expected. Maui steals Moana's boat. But when he tries to sail, the ocean
makes sure Moana goes with him. The sea wants them to work together.
Maui promises to help him return Te Fiti's heart only if Moana helps him find his magic
fishing rod. But first, they have to get past the Kakamora, an army of wild bandits dressed in
coconuts. Then, they must plunge into Lalotai, the realm of monsters. Thinking quickly,
Moana tricks Tamatoa, the crab monster and she and Maui retrieve the lost hook. Along the
way, Maui teaches Moana how to find her way using the sun, stars, moon, and ocean
currents to navigate. And when the journey became too difficult, Grandma Tala's spirit
returned. “Know who you are destined to be,” Grandma's spirit said to Moana.

When Moana and Maui finally reach Te Fiti, the island's mother is gone. Instead, there is a
lava monster named Te Ka. Maui and Moana tried everything, but they couldn't defeat Te Ka.
Then Moana had an idea. Summoning all her courage, Moana gives her heart to Te Ka and
Te Ka is reminded of who she should be...

She is Te Fiti! With her heart restored, Te Fiti blossomed again. The world is back in balance.
Moana and Maui say goodbye. Their journey together was complete. Maui turns into an
eagle and flies away. It's time for Moana to return to her people.
The young girl from Motunui Island now knows exactly who she is.
She is a princess, leader, and pathfinder. She is Moana.
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

In a faraway land lived a very wealthy merchant along with his daughter, Beauty. One day
while traveling, the merchant was lost in the woods and saw a castle after walking for hours.

“Finally, a place where I can spend the night!” the merchant thought. There was no one in
the castle, and the merchant decided to spend his night there – so he had some good food,
and went upstairs to find a cozy room with the fire well lit and a comfortable bed for him to
sleep on. The following day when the merchant woke up, he went out to the garden to
admire all the flowers and suddenly, he saw a beautiful flower and thought of his daughter
Beauty.

“What a beautiful flower, let me take this for my dear daughter Beauty,” the merchant said to
himself. So, he plucked the flower from the castle’s garden and was just putting it into his
waistcoat. Suddenly, a large Beast leapt out of a castle window and screamed at him for
stealing from his garden.

“I gave you a bed to sleep in!” the Beast roared, “and now you want to steal my flowers?”

“I’m sorry!” said the merchant. “It’s a gift for my daughter, Beauty!”

“I will let you go and forgive you if you send your daughter Beauty to me,” said the Beast.

The merchant went home and explained the matter to his daughter. Beauty decided to put
his father’s worries to rest and agreed to go to the castle.

“I will go, Father,” Beauty said. “I don’t know what the Beast wants, but a promise is a
promise.”

At first, Beauty was scared of the Beast but slowly, she realized that the Beast was kind and
gentle towards her. The Beast gifted her a magic mirror which showed the person she
wanted to see. One day, the magic mirror showed her that her father was very ill. Unable to
see her sadness, the Beast allowed her to go home. Under Beauty’s care, her father
recovered in no time!

One day, Beauty thought of the Beast and saw the magic mirror. She saw that the Beast was
ill. She realized that she did love him after all, and ran all the way to the castle.

“Please don’t die, Beast!” she said. “I love you! I will stay here with you,” and kissed the
Beast.

The ugly-looking Beast glowed and turned into a handsome prince.

“I was under a witch’s curse,” the Beast said. “I could only change back if someone fell in
love with me.”

"It's very easy," said the genie. In a few seconds, Aladdin was in a palace then he realized it

never hurts anybody," said Aladdin. Aladdin's wish was carried out and the evil magician
disappeared forever.

PINOCCHIO

In the past, there was a puppeteer whose name was Geppetto. He was eager to have a son
very much but his wife passed away several years ago. One day, he got an idea to make a
puppet in order not to be lonely again. He made a puppet all day long.

He had finished his work and he named the puppet Pinocchio. Soon he felt lonely again
since Pinocchio couldn't walk or talk by itself. One night, Geppetto prayed to God to become
a real boy. He always thought it in his mind in his dream.

The next morning, he was surprised that Pinocchio was alive. He taught Pinocchio how to
walk, how to read, how to speak and to do other things as human. He then studied at an
elementary school.

One day, Pinocchio felt bored and it made him go home late. When Pinocchio finally came
home, Geppetto asked him. He said that he was in school but he wasn't. Instantly,
Pinocchio's nose grew longer and longer and it meant that Pinocchio had lied.

The next morning, Pinocchio was kidnaped by the owner of the circus. Pinocchio soon
became a slave for the circus. He was so famous because he was a puppet which could
talk. Geppetto worried about him because Pinocchio had not been going home for almost
two days.

He tried to find Pinocchio everywhere but he found nothing. When he searched for him on
the sea, a big wave smashed him. He was then in the whale's stomach when he awoke. He
couldn't find the way to go out.

On the other side, Pinocchio finally could escape out from the circus. He came home but
nobody was there. Later on, he searched Geppetto in the sea. He had the same accident as
Geppetto and he met Geppetto in the whale's stomach.

Both of them got out of its stomach by making a fire. In the end of the story, they went home
together and lived happily ever after.
