I, Eugene Clark L. Cruz, am writing to express my intent to apply for a teacher 1 postion in
your prestigious School. In 2021, I completed my degree on Bachelor in Secondary
Education in Southeastern College of Padada, Padada, Davao del Sur and passed the
Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers last October 2022. This has given me a
range of practical capabilities that will meet this role.

My experience in International Care Ministries Foundation Incorporated, a non-Government

institution which aimed to educate the ultra-poor communities of SOCSARGEN, Davao del
Sur and Davao Occidental embedded in me the passion to teach specially to the less fortunate
ultra-poor communities. Immersing with these individuals of diverse cultures honed my
teaching experience to adapt to the diverse cultures in a classroom set-up.

In my most recent teaching position as classroom adviser at A.T.O Padada Christian School
and as a Local School Board teacher at Santa Cruz Central Elementary School, gave me an
opportunity to hone my skills in the field of teaching, I prepared and implemented lessons
that were interactive and engaging, achieved measurable student improvements in test scores,
and maintained excellent relationships with both students and parents.
I am also an accredited Sepak Takraw coach of Davao del Sur Athletics Association
(DAVSURDAA) last January 2024/
