ABSTRACT
The project "Design and Development of Injection Mould for Ergonomic Adjustable
Mobile Stand" addresses the escalating demand for adaptable mobile device accessories by
creating an ergonomic adjustable mobile stand. Through iterative design processes and
collaboration with Volty Connectors and Cables Pvt. Ltd., the project focuses on optimizing
key ergonomic features such as adjustable height and angle settings to enhance user comfort
and convenience. Leveraging computer-aided design (CAD) software, the stand undergoes
meticulous refinement to ensure compatibility with diverse user preferences and ergonomic
requirements. The injection mould development phase is executed with precision engineering,
guaranteeing the production of high-quality stand components. Stringent quality control
measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to maintain consistency and
reliability in the final products. Prototype testing validates the stand's functionality, durability,
and ergonomic suitability, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of end-users. This
project marks a significant advancement in mobile device accessories, offering users a versatile
