Assumptions / Stipulations to Catch-up Schedule:

A. COIT:
a. Dredging Works by M/s. DCI: All Sand Filling works to be completed by 31.03.23.
Sufficient sand to be available at Paradip Port.
b. Manual Sand Filling works by M/s. NKS, BC Nayak, Parikshit Chuli etc.: Sand
filling to be continued till completion without any hindrance from local authorities.
c. Boundary Wall Works by M/s. KCC:
i. Site to be made hindrance from locals.
ii. Villagers nearby entry to be restricted by NRL by putting adequate security
forces.
iii. West side front to be released by 10.03.23.
d. Non-Plant Building works by M/s. Tribeni:
i. Site to be made hindrance from locals.
ii. Villagers nearby entry to be restricted by NRL by putting adequate security
forces.
iii. Sub Station Building front to be released by 10.03.23.
iv. Balance Watch Tower Front be released with proper filling by 10.03.23.
e. Enabling works by M/s. NKS:
i. Site to be made hindrance from locals.
ii. Villagers nearby entry to be restricted by NRL by putting adequate security
forces.
iii. Pipe Culvert front to be cleared by 15.03.23.
iv. RCC Drain front to be cleared by 31.03.23.
v. Retaining Wall front to be cleared by 15.03.23.
f. Construction Power works by M/s. Elmatics:
i. Site to be made hindrance from locals.
ii. CSS to be made available by 10.03.23.
iii. Balance front for erection of FLM and cable laying to be cleared by 15.03.23.
g. BOOT Works by M/s. IOTL:
i. Site to be made hindrance from locals.
ii. Villagers nearby entry to be restricted by NRL by putting adequate security
forces.
iii. All Tank front to be handed over by 31.03.23.
B. Pipeline Laying works in Odisha Section:
a. Pipeline Laying Works by M/s. CIL:
i. As on date Land compensation made only 80.5 Km and Crop compensation
made for 3.5 Km. Expected land compensation payment as of 15.03.23: 100.0
Km. As of 31.03.23: 120.0 Km, As of 15.04.23: 140.0 Km, As of 30.04.23: 160.0
KM. As of 15.05.23: 180.0 Km and as of 31.05.23: 210.0 Km.
ii. Crop Compensation also to be made w.r.t land compensation.
iii. Crossings permissions to be obtained by 31.03.23.
iv. Secon team to be strengthened to clear local problems in such away that M/s.
CIL mainline team not be idled.
v. Crossing methodology to be approved by 15.03.23.
vi. Balance SV / IP Stations to be cleared by 15.03.23.
