does which was never done before; The research topic in comprises the role of leadership in
change management. Even though there were changes but still the management were not as
intended, and this study was intended to show the current status of Kaizen management at Kolfe
industrial collage.

 Determine whether the thesis offers new insights, perspectives, or solutions to existing
problems in the field.

4/5; It was found that the leadership practice of top leaders of the college to provide the required
resources for the Kaizen program was 26.4% to conduct sufficient job training about Kaizen
during the management period was 25.8% and to change themselves significantly in their values
and attitudes towards continuous improvement program was 25.5%.

5/5, The target population for this study included all employees and leaders in the Kolfe
industrial college whose total number was 156. Thus, due to very small size, population of the
college, census technique had been used. For this 146 of them filled the questionnaires and 10 of
them from managerial position were interviewed. The quantitative data collected from
employees via questionnaire were quantitatively analyzed using both descriptive and inferential
statistics. Ethical considerations were important, both during data collection and during
presentation of data. Therefore, it was essential to keep in mind that the objects of inquiry in a
questionnaire analysis were human beings. It was very critical to protect them and for them to
feel protected at all times.

management of Kolfe Industrial College.

Overall Evaluation: Based on the aforementioned major findings of the study, the following
conclusions were drawn. With regard to leadership practice of leaders towards Kaizen
management moderate leadership. The practice about methodologies and tools of Kaizen
management was low to conduct regular quality circle team meetings to solve work related
problems, to enhance employees to cooperate with others working in quality circle, to eliminate
seven deadly wastes. practice of Kaizen management was at moderate level.

The study concluded the practice of program coordination practice of internal departments to
create common memorandum understanding and support activities, facilitate access to recourse
and provide methodological advice with qualified internal coordinator was relatively high in the
college.

Overall Evaluation: The displaced people in study woredas have not got matching compensation
as a result of displacement from their original settlement location. After their displacement they
could not get necessary infrastructure (transport, education, road, water, electricity, adequate
housing) and other basic utility in their new residential areas. This made their living standard
worse in the new resettlement areas. The bottleneck affect displaced people compensation was
corruption, unsatisfactory compensation, informal settlement, high lease pre and post payment,
bureaucracy and illegal land transferring.

share and distribute tasks and they shared power through ICT tools. leaders were using ICT in
