Hon. ALLEN M. SUMAYANG A RESOLUTION FORMALLY RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE BUREAU OF
INTERNAL REVENUE FOR THE EXEMPTION OF THE BIR RETURNS 1601-C MONTHLY
REMITTANCE RETURN OF INCOME TAXES WITHHELD ON COMPENSATION AND WE
HEREBY DULY AUTHORIZED OUR BARANGAY TREASURER “LIGAYA M.
BRILLANTES” TO TRANSACT OUR REQUEST.”

WHEREAS, the barangay is in need of exempting the monthly remittances of BIR Form
1601-C because we only receiving our “HONORARIUM” below minimum wage;
WHEREAS, our Barangay Treasurer “LIGAYA M. BRILLANTES” is our duly representative to
transact in your office;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Hon. JOVI C, MALINAO, Chairman on Finance
and our CCA and duly seconded by all the barangay officials present it was;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to formally respectfully requesting the Bureau
of Internal Revenue for the exemption of the BIR Return 1601-C monthly remittance return of Income
Hon. JUDITO O. PRESILLAS Taxes withheld on compensation;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this Resolution to the Bureau of Internal Revenue
for their information, consideration and appropriate action and approval.
