Login to Corporate Internet Banking

• Add Corporate ID & User ID

Login to Corporate Internet Banking

• Add Corporate Id, User Id and password.

Enter One Time Password

• Enter OTP received on registered mobile number.

Click on “Forex - FX Overview”

• Click on “Forex” and select “FX Overview”

Book FX Rate

• Click on “Book FX Rate” to access Online rate booking platform.

NEO for Markets Homepage

• Home page of NEO rate booking platform.

• To add Currency pairs, click on ‘+” symbol on top right side of screen.

Add Currency Pair

• Upon clicking of “+” symbol, a pop up will appear to add Currency pair.

Select CCY pair

• Select Currency pair eg: USDINR from the dropdown.

Select Streaming mode

• Select Streaming mode : Streaming Two Click and Card rate : Normal
• Then Click on OK for rates to be streaming on the rate tiles

FX rates will be visible on the screen.

Selecting a Cash/TOM/SPOT/Forward deal

• Click on the dropdown to select a Cash deal/TOM deal/SPOT deal or Forward deal.

User can also select the date from the calendar

Add Amount/Notional

• Input the remittance amount/Notional to book FX rate.

Select Register Type/ transaction type

• Select dropdown for Register type on either the BUY side or SELL side.

Click on the Rate Tile

• Click on the Rate tile which is streaming the Rate.

Timer to book a Deal

• Upon clicking on Rate, a pop up will appear for 5 seconds with Options- ACCEPT/
REJECT deal.
• Clicking ACCEPT tab will book a successful deal. 20
If timer expires or deal is rejected

• If timer expires, close the pop up window by clicking “Cancel” and again select register
type from main page to repeat the rate booking process.

Deal booked notification

• Once rate is booked, a deal booking confirmation message is displayed on the

bottom right hand side of the screen. 22
Bell Notification

• The Bell notification will show deals booked along with the Blotter on the bottom part of the screen.

Blotter- Deals

• Click on the Export to Excel icon in the blotter to export and download the booked FX deals.

Deal Ticket in Blotter

• Deal ticket can be opened by clicking on 3 Dots in the Blotter next to the Deal Id.

Save LAYOUT

• Click on the 9 Dots on top right hand side of screen to save the LAYOUT.

Save LAYOUT confirmation

• Upon clicking on save LAYOUT, confirmation is displayed on the bottom right hand
side of the screen.

FAQs

• FX Overview page not loading

- Clear Cache of the browser. Alternatively, open the session in Incognito mode of the browser.
• Browser Compatibility
- NEO for Markets is compatible with Chrome and Edge Web browsers ---- incompatible with mobile browsers.
• FT Deal Id in Deal blotter
- If FT deal Id is showing as “NA” then click on Refresh icon on right hand side of the blotter.
