This installation and operation manual (hereinafter
referred to as IME) of the fiberglass reinforcement
production line (hereinafter referred to as MT4) is
intended to familiarize personnel with the technical
data, device, installation and operation of the MT4
complex.
Before installation and operation of MT4, it is
necessary to study this IME and, in the process of
work, comply with the requirements set forth in it.
Installation and operation of MT4 should be carried
out by persons with relevant knowledge and
experience in the field of electrical installations.

1. Purpose and design of MT4 and its components. 1.1. MT4 is
designed for the production of 4 bars of fiberglass reinforcement at
the same time. Produced reinforcement diameters: from 4 mm to 20
mm.

Creel.
The creel is designed to install roving bobbins on it and also to create a preload of the roving threads
by means of guide rings through which the thread is passed.

1.2.2 Roving heater.
The roving heater is designed to level and dry the roving threads by uniformly distributing, warming
up and providing the optimal percentage of moisture required for the further full-fledged
impregnation process with a polymer binder.
