Sub: Explanation for NCP days

With reference to the above subject Mr. Mantu Malik bearing PF Account
WB/CAL/00616200000010223 & UAN: 100986532357, was regular employee of Inkbird
Packaging Private Limited and he was expired on 02/02/2023. He was sick on 01.02.2023 and
02.02.2023, that is why he was unable to inform us. So, we did not show NCP of that 2 days in
ECR for lack of information and no contribution was deposited in the month of February 2023.

Therefore, we request you kindly grant NCP of 2 days in the month of February 2023 and do the
needful.
