Vijaya Rajakumar is currently working as Professor and Director in Nehru Institute of Engineering
and Technology, Coimbatore and also the Director of Nehru Outbound for Leadership Excellence. He has
more than 24 years of experience in Teaching, research and industry. He has completed many research
projects funded by ICSSR, UGC and DST etc. His specializations are Entrepreneurship Development,
Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Business Research Methods, Economic
Analysis for Business etc. He holds a Doctorate in Management from Alagappa University. He is basically an
Economics graduate and completed his MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has published more than
65 papers in International and National journals and conferences. He has attended more than 30 FDPs and
workshops. He is also the Editorial Member for Seven International journals. He has been approved as
Research Supervisor for Ph.D. Degree and produced 5 Research scholars.

Mrs. R Yasodha is currently working as Assistant Professor in Nehru Institute of Engineering and
Technology, Coimbatore. She has more than 5 yrs of experience in teaching and research. Her educational
qualifications are B.Sc.(IT)., MBA., (PhD). She holds 23rd Rank in Anna University in her post graduate. Her area
of interest is Principles of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Marketing
Management, Strategic Management, Digital Marketing. She possesses more knowledge in using statistical
software SPSS. About her Publications, she published more than 15 Papers in International and National
Journals. She published one book entitled Management Concepts and Organizational Behaviour. She
contributed book chapters also in national and international publications. She coordinated various programs
relating to Entrepreneurship and Innovation for the benefit of Students. She has completed Innovation

CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR
Ambassador training conducted by IIC and acts as a member for students to bring out their entrepreneurial
talents. She has received Awards and Recognitions in the field of education.

Mr. T.K Ashvin M.Sc., MBA., NET(MGT)., is working as Assistant Professor in Kumaraguru School of
Business. He has more than 5 years of Industry experience & 15 years of teaching experience. With his Dr. P. T. Vijaya Rajakumar | Mrs. R. Yasodha | Mr. T.K Ashvin
valuable Industry experience in Marketing, he has taken the mantle of training the students in the field of
Sales and Marketing. Optimistic by nature, he has staged numerous presentations at the corporate level. He

has earned him the role of a Placement Officer. He has arranged various Guest Lectures and Corporate
