I am CARMI TRIXIS D. LENISEN, 32 years old, married and currently residing at Zone 4,
Brgy. Nabitasan, La Paz, Iloilo City, Iloilo. I earned my degree of Bachelor of
Elementary Education from Central Negros College, Inc. last 2014. I passed the
Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) last March 17, 2023.

I also completed the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) last
December 2023 and the Teaching English to Young Learners (TEYL) last January
2024.
