General infos to create the harp

Create the frame with what you have (wood, steel, aluminium...). It
shouldn’t be expensive and it doesn’t necessitate precise construction.

12V Water tray under the harp is very efficicient so hornet falls
source inside. Add a drop of detergent in the water.

Yes, it is possible to power several harnesses from a single

high-voltage source. The power is more than sufficient.

The difference in performance changes over time. Dust,

weeds, dead hornets, rainwater... gradually reduce the
system's performance.

For my part, given the modest cost of self-built electronics, I

prefer to use one module per harp.

HARP POSITION
I set up harps behind and to the side of the hive and caught a few Asian hornets, but there were
still plenty of hornets hunting in front of the hive.
After installing two harps on the sides, at the level of the bees' exit, no more hornets continued
to hunt. I didn't kill too many hornets, but they hardly came any more. They've turned away
from my hive.
