V. PROCEDURE
Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
Add 1 cup of tapioca pearls to the boiling water. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until the pearls are translucent. Drain and rinse the cooked tapioca under cold water. Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tapioca pearls and diced mangoes. Add the Nestle cream to the mixture. Stir in the sugar until it's fully dissolved. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill. Serve cold and enjoy!
