. Recently, my family and I embarked on a delightful holiday to Cameron Highlands, Pahang.

We
vacationed for two days and one night, traveling by car.

After a nearly four-hour journey through winding roads and scenic views, we finally arrived at the
picturesque Cameron Highlands. We stayed at the Copthorne Hotel, which greeted us with a
spacious and majestic lobby, adorned with an exquisite, large lighting fixture in the center. The staff
were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was generously
spacious, with two plush queen-sized beds and a modern, well-equipped bathroom. Considering all
the amenities, the price was quite reasonable for a one-night stay.

In addition to the comfortable accommodation, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast for its
guests. For lunch and dinner, we ventured out to explore various local dining options. One of the
notable places we dined at was Paknil’s BBQ & Grill, where Malay cuisine is excellently catered. The
prices ranged from RM 25 to RM 101, and every dish, fully halal, was brimming with delectable
flavors.

During our stay, we indulged in several activities. Our first stop was the enchanting Lavender
Garden, where rows of blooming lavender stretched out before us in a sea of purple. Next, we
visited the Big Red Strawberry Farm, where we had the delightful experience of picking our own
strawberries. The farm also featured a cozy café offering an intriguing menu of strawberry-based
foods, such as waffles smothered in strawberry jam and refreshing strawberry juice. Moreover, the
farm boasted a quaint shop selling a variety of souvenirs like keychains, cactus plants, and fridge
magnets, albeit at somewhat premium prices.

Another highlight of our trip was the visit to the butterfly farm, a mesmerizing haven filled with
vibrant butterflies fluttering around in a kaleidoscope of colors. I was particularly fascinated by the
educational aspect of the farm, learning about the various butterfly species and their life cycles.

Overall, I felt immense happiness and contentment throughout the trip. Our holiday in Cameron
Highlands was not only memorable but also immensely enjoyable. The region is undoubtedly a must-
visit destination for families seeking a serene yet exciting getaway. The Copthorne Hotel was
splendid and affordable, and there are numerous other activities to be enjoyed here. So, what are
you waiting for? If you have never been to Cameron Highlands before, I highly recommend that you
visit this wonderful place.
