Honorable delegates!
Distinguished teachers and staff!
I would like to extend a sincere and warmest welcome to the 1,208 graduate

477 of the 1,208 new graduates have obtained the designation of technical
specialist, 680 have gotten associate degrees, and 51 have received bachelor's

The future of Vietnam, as well as the global community, is fraught with

uncertainty, but it also offers several chances. Hoa Sen University students have
been meticulously prepared, since you recognize that graduation is the start of a
new path.

Dear graduates!

Congratulations on a wonderful beginning. Our university's staff hopes you will

continue to strive for higher accomplishments, realizing the importance of joy,
creativity, and fulfillment in devoting yourself to life's activities.

Bai 2:

Distinguished Comrade Leaders of the Party and the Government,

Distinguished international guests,

Honorable delegates, colleagues, and friends,

March 20th is a remarkable day because the sun is squarely above the equator,
making the length of the day equal to that of the night, symbolizing balance and
harmony in the universe. This day has grown in significance since 2012, when it
was declared by the United Nations as the International Day of Happiness.

Today, we come together with the rest of the world to express our desire, belief,
and determination to work for a world free of war and poverty; a world of
sustainable and prosperous development; and a world where everyone, regardless
of skin color, ethnicity, or religion, can experience true happiness.

Happiness may not always result from being loved or loving others, but it does
come from acts of love and being loved. Let us work together to ensure that love
triumphs over hatred in our lives and in the globe. Let us share our joys in order to
increase happiness. Let us be warm and strong shoulders for one another, easing
sadness and alleviating the anguish of troubled spirits.

I would be much happier if you, distinguished delegates, colleagues, and friends,

could express your affection to your loved ones, as well as to all those who strive
to happiness and deserve it in our beautiful Vietnam and throughout the world...
with a round of passionate applause.

Thank you very much.

Cultural Heritage amid Turmoil

Huu Ngoc, the author of the book, explains: "It must be said that since after 1954,
upon returning to the capital, in the general context, we did not have the awareness
to preserve the ancient streets' heritage." As a result, appreciating its significance
and having the tools to preserve it revealed the myriad of subtleties that had
concealed countless values and beliefs in the history. At this stage, dealing with
heritage is so tough, isn’t it?

The most difficult part is population mixing/ blending of the population, which
affects both space and manner of life. In 2009, Tsukuba University (Japan)
conducted a research on Hanoi's Old Quarter, analyzing 102 randomly chosen
residences. The study found that only 44 families had private toilets, while the
remainder had to share, with 42 additional families using a communal bathtub and
just 83 households having their own kitchen.

According to sociological study, people of the Old Quarter live in terrible

conditions and demonstrate great conservatism: each individual has just 1.5 - 2m2
of living space (compared to the normal minimum of 8m2).

In such conditions, the loss of spirit, "It is necessary to preserve the values and
beauty that our ancestors have cultivated through generations.," is understandable.
And for scientists and managers, not being troubled by this is truly surprising.

Bai 2:

JOB APPLICATION IN THE DIGITAL AGE

Many young individuals wow recruiters by creating a video introduction instead of

delivering a standard resume, maintaining a "clean and attractive" image on
Facebook, and using CV-building tools on digital platforms.
Many young individuals have recently used technology in their job applications,
making their resumes more visually appealing and engaging than traditional
formats.
Võ Nguyễn Minh Thư, a hotel and restaurant management student in Ho Chi Minh
City, recently created a video clip to present to prospective employers. Thư made
an impression by speaking totally in English in the video.

Nguyễn Tuấn Hùng, a former student at Foreign Trade University, stated, "I've
also finished recording a job application videotape. It took me 4-5 tries to get it
perfect. When editing the film, I used certain effects to make it more dynamic
while still conveying seriousness and expertise."

Ms. Trần Thị Phương Linh, CEO of BPO Mắt Bão Joint Stock Company, stated:
"During the recruitment process, I'm extremely impressed with creative,
innovative, well-organized resumes from young people who invest properly in
their 'appearance'." This is actually not difficult if candidates take the time to look
into resume-building programs on web platforms or pre-made designs." Ms. Linh
went on to say: "This is truly impressive, and I always value and prioritize
opportunities for these candidates."

With the rise of social media, employers now have additional ways to learn about
prospects. Almost every young person uses Facebook, so directors and HR
managers may silently study and analyze their applicants.
