My respect to our school president Mr. Roberto F.

Palanca and his beloved

wife maam Lina Palanca, in behalf to our school president I would like to
acknowledge the presence of Mrs. Cecille Bernadette P. Rivera one of the
board of trustees. To our school administrator Mr. Ernesto T. Orosco Jr. To
our school principal Mr. Conrado Botor. To our faculty and staff headed by
Amando V. Nardo V, to all the board of judges, guest, participants, visitors,
students, goodmorning. It is my honored and privileged to introduced to you
our board of judges for the military competition.

Next in the line is the introduction of the majorette judges. Thankyou

1. Our first judge is from Rawis Libon Albay, she is the TLE Teacher II at
Rawis High School, she has 7 years Educational Attainment Masters
of Arts in Education. She has also a DLC and Majorette Coordinator
of Rawis High School. She is none other than MS. APPLE J.
SIAPNO. Around of applause please.
2. Our second judge finished his elementary school at Ponso
Elementary School, his secondary finished at Polangui General
Comprehensive High School. A degree holder of Business
Administration major in Human resource management at Bicol
University College of Business, economics, and management, he is
also a national passer of Tile Setting.

Former Albay Youth Leader 2016, From Year 2016-2018. He works at LGU
Polangui as HRMO and by the year 2019-2021 he works at supply office
same LGU. He is a newly elected Barangay Kagawad (Chairman
Committee on Education).
He has a pageant titles:

Poblacion Ikatlong Lahi 2015 1st runner up, Miss Gay Basud Polangui 1st
runner up, and last but not the least Miss Gay Camalig 2023, 2nd runner up.

He also a choreographer/trainer that earns many awards:

3. Our third judge a native of Sto. Domingo, Iriga City.
A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and has
units earned in Masters in Business Administration at University of
Saint Anthony, Iriga City. And, also the former USANT Majorette
Trainer and Choreographer of Anthonians Performing Arts of the said
institution in the year 2006 and 2007. At present, the TES Focal
Person and the resident Majorette Trainer of Holy Trinity College of
Camarines Sur Incorporated for 17 years in the making.
Choreographer, a dancer and a pageant enthusiast.

So next in line is the introduction of the DLC judges.

1. Our fourth judge is from Nabua Camarines Sur. He is a Band

Choreographer of Mariners Polytechnic College of Baras
Canaman and Tobaco College of Tobaco Albay. He is a band DLC
trainer of selected Elementary and Secondary Schools here in
bicol region and awarded as best trainer in previous years of
competition. He is also a Former president of PDLAI Organization
Camarines Sur Chapter for 6 years and current Vice president of
DLC Trainors and Band Masters Incorporated.
