All solid samples (assay pulps, bulk pulps, and residues) will be disposed after analysis. Current disposal costs for solid samples is
PHP 14,100/t.

RESULTS TURNAROUND

Results turnaround is ten (10) working days from receipt of payment and documentary requirements.

Every effort by Intertek will be made to commit to the above results turnaround estimate. At times there may be reasons
beyond the laboratories control that could impact provided estimates. When this occurs, Intertek will contact submitting
company and advise on revised results turnaround estimate.

QA/QC

Certified Reference Materials and/or in house controls, blanks, splits and replicates are analysed with each batch of samples. These
quality control results are reported along with the sample values in the final report. Prices include the reporting of all QC data except
where more than 10% repeats are considered necessary in cases such as poor reproducibility due to particulate gold, in which case
additional repeats may be charged for.

Our quality program includes reference materials which should ideally be grade and matrix matched as far as possible. We have a
diverse number of reference materials at our disposal which can be used in the QC program. To ensure that the data are traceable to
appropriate reference materials, please tell us something about the samples. This could include the principal elements of interest, the
expected grades and the type of mineralisation expected (if any).

REPORTING

We are progressing towards an electronic system at Intertek. All final results will be delivered to the designated recipients
via email, unless a hard copy report is specifically requested.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Except where explicitly agreed in writing, all work and services performed by Intertek is in accordance with “Intertek General
Terms and Conditions – Minerals” a copy of which will be provided upon request or can be downloaded from online:
www.intertek.com/terms/. Acceptance of this quotation or submission of samples under this quotation implies acceptance of
these terms and conditions unless advised otherwise in writing.
2. Intertek does not charge an administration however there is a minimum job fee of PHP 4,752 + VAT as all prices in this quote and
our service schedule are calculated on the basis of multiple samples rather than single or small sample batches. When sample
submissions include largely differing sample matrices and/or differing analytical requirements, they may be treated as separate
submissions and multiple jobs maybe generated, each possibly attracting minimum job fees.
3. All costs quoted are in Philippine Currency (PHP) and exclusive of the 12% VAT. VAT exempt organizations are required to present
proof of exemption.
4. In circumstances where withholding tax is deducted prior to payment, it is requirement per Section 6 Rev Regulation # 6-85, that
a certificate, showing the income payments and the taxes withheld, be furnished to us within 30 days following the close of the
taxable quarter.
5. Samples submitted must be accompanied by a Sample Submission Form (Intertek can supply) and signed by the company’s duly
authorized representative. Additional analytical reports for samples submitted under the one batch will incur additional processing
fees.
6. Sample requirement:
(a) Solid samples: 1-2kg of raw samples (soil, rock, sand); 200g of pulp samples (-200 mesh)
